Step 02
Transcript & experience review
Send transcripts and a record of ministry or professional experience. We return a written credit map and a projected graduation date before you pay anything.
Step 03
Enroll and set your tuition plan
Choose a monthly interest-free plan. Tuition is fixed for the length of your program, so the number you agree to is the number you finish with.
Step 04
Eight-week terms, online
Lectures and readings are asynchronous. One live cohort session each week in the evening keeps you accountable and connected to classmates.
Step 05
Mentorship all the way through
Every student is assigned a faculty mentor and an academic advisor, plus a cohort that starts and finishes with you. Nobody finishes alone.
Step 06
Applied capstone or dissertation
Graduate and doctoral students build their final project inside their own church, school, or organization — so the work you submit is work that already matters.
Step 07
Commencement & conferral
Degrees are conferred at the annual ceremony, with full regalia and hooding for doctoral candidates, alongside our Awards Ceremony.

How much can I transfer in?
Up to 75% of a bachelor's degree from accredited coursework, plus assessed credit for documented ministry and professional experience.
Do I have to travel?
No. Coursework is fully online. The only in-person event is commencement, and attendance is optional.
What about the honorary doctorate pathway?
Honorary Christian Doctorates are conferred only when community action and service hours are completed, documented, and verified. See The Offer for the full requirements.
Can I start any time?
New cohorts open every eight weeks. Your advisor will place you in the next start date that fits your credit review.
